Chakras are powerful energy centers found within the body. There are 7 main Chakras in the body and these represent different aspects of our personality and spiritual growth. The Chakras are physically arranged in the body to represent a kind of "spiritual ladder" starting at the Root Chakra where we connect with the earth and our family and ending at the Crown Chakra where we connect with our Creator. By working on our Chakras, we can transform all aspects of our lives including our relationships, our self esteem, our emotions, our energy, our spiritual connections and the love we have for ourselves, each other and the planet. Each Chakra centre is also related to specific organs and tissues in the body, therefore, working on our Chakras will bring us not only spiritual fulfillment, but also physical health. As we take time to reflect on the messages housed in each Chakra our own Sacred Intentions will be revealed.
